Refund Policy Guide.
- Regulations for the refund of reservations for the Korea Health Tour -
1. We or any traveler may terminate this travel agreement before departure. In this case, the damages incurred shall be indemnified in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard (FTC Notice).
1) If a traveler requests cancellation of the travel contract (when the traveler requests cancellation)
Go. If you notify me 30 days before the commencement of the trip (~30): Reimbursement of the deposit.
I. If you notify me 20 days before the start of the trip (29-20): 10% compensation for the reservation fee.
All. If you notify me before 10 days of travel (19-10): 15% compensation for the reservation fee
D. If you notify me 8 days before the start of the trip (9~8) : 20% compensation for the reservation fee
Mar. If 7(~1) is notified before 1 day of travel: 30% of the reservation fee
Bar. On the day of the trip: 50% compensation for reservation fee
*The above criteria apply on a reservation basis prior to 30 days.
2) In case of cancellation notification for reasons attributable to our company;
Go. If you notify me 30 days before the commencement of the trip (~30): Reimbursement of the deposit.

1. The Company or the Traveler may terminate this Travel Agreement without paying the other party damages in the event of any of the following reasons before departure:
1) In case the company can release the product.
Go. When it is recognized that there is a significant impediment to the smooth implementation of the trip or to inconvenience other travellers
I. In case the traveler's body is out of order, such as illness, and it is impossible to participate in the trip.
If the traveler has not paid the deposit by the date stated in the contract,
2) In case a traveler can be released
go In the event that the traveler's relatives within the third cousins die (but the traveller shall submit to us the following documents of proof:)
1 Documents that can identify relatives (such as family relationship certificates)
2 Diagnosis or death certificate (death certificate)
3 Other necessary data
B. In the event that a traveler's body, such as a disease, is unable to participate in the trip (However, the traveler shall submit the following documents to us):)
1 Diagnosis
2 Other necessary data
In the event that a spouse or immediate relative is hospitalized (a doctor) for more than three days due to physical abnormality and is unable to leave the hospital before departure, the spouse or guardian shall submit the following supporting documents to us:)
1 Documents that can identify relatives (such as family relationship certificates)
2 Diagnosis
3 Other necessary data
La. In case travel to the travel schedule listed in the contract or itinerary (travel manual) is not possible for our reasons attributable to you;
